COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Craig Brammer,Director of the Beacon Communities Program at ONC joins NeHC for a special progress report on various Beacon Communities across the country. He is joined by several Beacon leaders to discuss their projects, experiences and progress to date, results, challenges, and the work that lies ahead. This is an opportunity to hear about and learn from innovative projects focused on leveraging HIT and HIE to improve quality and better coordinate patient care.
