COURSE DESCRIPTION:
NeHC welcomes executives from Florida-based Big Bend RHIO and Ohio-based HealthBridge. These two HIE leaders will discuss their unique business models, one seeded by public funding and the other through private donations, respectively. They will also discuss the challenges and successes they have faced in providing effective services to rural areas of the Florida panhandle and to urban areas surrounding Cincinnati and into three states.

Continuing with the theme of this series, the executives will also discuss their organizations' backgrounds, business models, critical success factors, key challenges, connectivity strategies, value proposition and impact in their communities, and future outlook. Leaders will share how they are positioning their organizations to be successful in an environment requiring increased accountability, their strategies for consumer engagement, and how they have designed their business models to help ensure long-term sustainability.
