COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Following the Stage 1 meaningful use deadline for attestation, NeHC hosts Dr. Steven Waldren for an interactive discussion about how physicians can position themselves to be eligible for the next wave of meaningful use incentives by getting ahead of the curve in preparing for Stage 2 requirements. Dr. Waldren speaks from the provider perspective about his views on progress to date, what to expect in Stage 2 and how providers will need to utilize HIT in the new environment of greater accountability.
