A collaborative forum for sharing best practices, initiatives, tools, resources, ideas, and experience related to effective consumer engagement on health IT. 
 

The success of health information exchange (HIE) efforts nationwide can be greatly enhanced by the development and sharing of best practices and cutting-edge innovations.  Advancement of successful HIE is core to the National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC) mission, so NeHC has established the HIE Learning Network to provide the ideal venue for facilitating the education and collaboration that is needed to fast-forward progress toward a widespread and integrated deployment of efficient and effective HIE.
