Meeting the Challenge Grant: Consumer-Mediated Exchange in Indiana

COURSE DESCRIPTION: In 2011, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) awarded a Challenge Grant focused on consumer-mediated information exchange to NoMoreClipboard and Indiana Health Information Technology, Inc. – Indiana’s state designated entity. In this webinar, representatives from NoMoreClipboard, Indiana Health Information Technology, Inc., and the HealthBridge HIE will explain the challenges associated with making HIE data available to consumers using a personal health record.

Dr. David Kibbe of DirectTrust will discuss key issues and barriers related to scalable trust as well as how a national Security and Trust Framework (“DirectTrust Framework”) is maintained.
