• Trends in HIT Innovation: Intro to Trends

  HHS CTO Todd Park kicks off a brand new series on Trends in HIT Innovation. Todd will describe opportunities for innovation that result from the intersection of health IT and the liberation of data, and will illustrate how the government is helping to catalyze progress.

• Spotlight Learning Series: HIE Leadership & Sustainability
  Each program features two executives from profiled HIEs to discuss their organization’s background, business model, critical success factors, key challenges, connectivity strategies, value proposition and impact in their communities, and future outlook.

• HIE Leader Roundtables
  NeHC convenes a series of roundtable discussions featuring health information exchange (HIE) leaders from a diverse cross-section of operational HIEs that demonstrate innovative strategies and business models for achieving sustainability and providing value in their communities. HIE leaders join subject matter experts for interactive sessions that focus on critical success factors for establishing an HIE, as well as an exploration of the major ongoing challenges to achieving sustainability and building community support.

  These hour-long lunchtime seminars feature high level discussions on key initiatives and offer stakeholders the opportunity to dialogue directly with some of the foremost thought leaders in HIT and health information exchange.

  NeHC hosts presentations by ONC staff to provide stakeholders with an update on the activities of the Federal Advisory Committees and workgroups.
