COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Health Information Exchange (HIE) organizations Rochester RHIO and Taconic Health Information Network and Community (THINC) kick off the Spotlight Learning Series on HIE Leadership and Sustainability. Executives from these two HIEs will discuss their organizations' backgrounds, business models, critical success factors, key challenges, connectivity strategies, value propositions and impact in their communities, and future outlook.  Leaders will also discuss how they are positioning their organizations to be successful in an environment requiring increased accountability, their strategies for consumer engagement, and how they have designed their business models to help ensure long-term sustainability.
